Step 3 While Reading 1) Look around the classroom, what can you see in the classroom? 2) Look at the pictures, listen and write down the number and words you hear. 3) a. Look at the pictures and finish the sentences with under, in and on. 2. Reading 1) Pre-reading Look at the two pictures, guess the meaning of the word “ tidy” 2) While-reading a. First reading: Read the passage quickly, circle the word tidy, and guess the meaning. b.Second reading: Read again and answer. Which is Kate’s room and which is Gina’s room? Is Kate tidy? Is Gina tidy? c. Listening: Listen and find out the things in Kate’s and Gina’s room. Where are they? Fill in the chart. d. Discussion: Discuss with your partner and tell us what things are in their room, and where are they. e. Writing: Write down the sentences.
