网络游戏类无形资产价值评估研究 内容摘要 我国网络游戏经过十几年的发展，在近几年无论是在产品数量还是用户规模方面都有了显著的提升，网络游戏逐渐成为了我国经济的重要成分，网络游戏行业经济活动日渐频繁，增大了网络游戏企业的评估需求，也提高了网络游戏类无形资产评估的重要性。因此，为了顺利发展网络游戏产业经济，就需要合理地评估网络游戏类无形资产的价值。本文就如何评估网络游戏类无形资产的价值提出了一些见解，从网络游戏行业发展现状出发，对国内外相关理论及研究现状进行阐述，结合网络游戏类无形资产的特点，分析网络游戏类无形资产价值的主要影响因素，考虑了网络游戏类无形资产价值评估收益法中的要点难点，找出起合理解决办法，为网络游戏类无形资产价值评估提供借鉴建议。 目前，针对网络游戏价值评估方法的研究逐渐增多，但研究的方向主要还是在企业价值评估上，针对网络游戏类无形资产的价值评估方法还未能完善。在此基础上，本论文将对网络游戏类无形资产的价值评估进行研究探讨，结合理论与案例，为收益法在其中的应用提供建议。 关键词：网络游戏类无形资产 价值评估 收益法 Research on Value Evaluation of Intangible Assets of Online Games Abstract After more than ten years of development, Chinas online games in recent years in both the number of products and the size of users have significantly improved, online games have gradually become an important component of our economy,with the increasing economic activities in the online game industry, the evaluation needs of online game enterprises are increased, and the importance of intangible assets evaluation of online games is also increased.
