PAGE 27 中国茶叶产业国际竞争力研究 摘 要 中国是世界主要的茶叶产茶国,产业发展迅速,2018年茶叶采摘面积和产量均为世界第一,在世界茶叶市场占据重要的地位。然而,随着茶叶愈发受到世界消费者的喜爱,茶叶市场需求不断增加,竞争愈发激烈,其他主要产茶国如斯里兰卡和肯尼亚茶叶产业发展迅速,不断抢占市场份额。在这种情况下,研究我国茶叶产业的发展现状,找出优势与不足,综合评价我国茶叶产业的国际竞争力并找出提升的方法显得尤为重要。 本文首先介绍了竞争力相关理论的发展情况,其次利用国际市场占有率和贸易竞争力指数等多个描述性统计分析指标,研究中国茶叶产业的发展现状;基于“钻石模型”理论,分析中国茶叶产业国际竞争力的主要影响因素;通过因子分析法,建立模型,组成指标体系,对中国茶叶国际竞争力进行综合评价;最后根据上述定性和定量分析的结果,提出针对性的对策建议,以进一步提高中国茶叶产业国际竞争力。 关键词:中国茶叶产业;国际竞争力;发展现状;因子分析 Research on the international competitiveness of Chinese tea industry Abstract China is a major tea producing country in the world, and its industry is developing rapidly. In 2018, the tea picking area and output are the largest in the world, and China occupies an important position in the world tea market. However, with the growing popularity of tea among consumers around the world, the tea market demand is increasing and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Other major tea producing countries have witnessed rapid development of tea industry and continuously grabbed market share. Under such circumstances, it is meaningful to study the development status of Chinas tea industry, find out the advantages and disadvantages, comprehensively evaluate the international competitiveness of Chinas tea industry and find out the ways to improve it. This paper first introduces the development of trade competitiveness theory, and then studies the development status of Chinas tea industry by using a variety of single indicators such as International Market Share, Trade Competitiveness Index and Revealed Comparative Advantage Index. Based on the theory of diamond model, the main factors affecting the international competitiveness of Chinas tea industry are analyzed. In the empirical aspect, factor analysis method was used to establish a system of 10 indicators to comprehensively evaluate the international competitiveness of Chinese tea.
