PAGE 23 富强小区工程项目成本控制管理 摘 要 随着现在市场经济的不断成熟与发展，我国企业自身情况也逐步发生了改变，其中以建筑施工企业的组织结构和生产方式的变化尤为明显。企业在成本控制管理方面存在着管理水平低、管理制度不完善、突发情况应对方式不合理等诸多问题；想要不被市场所淘汰，就要形成了以成本控制管理为核心的现代企业生产经营形式，以适应新的市场环境，不断发展。在质量与安全得到保障的前提下，降低生产成本，提高经济效益。 随着建筑行业工程项目成本控制方面存在的一些问题，对企业的自身的发展影响严重，甚至也减慢了我国建筑行业进入国际一流企业的进程，减弱了同国际上其他企业的核心竞争力[1]。因此，这对国家建筑行业的企业的工程成本控制是十分有必要的。 关键词：成本控制 工程造价 利润最大化 Prosperous village project cost cost control management Abstract With the continuous maturity and development of market economy, the situation of enterprises in China has gradually changed, especially the changes in the organizational structure and production mode of construction enterprises. Enterprises have many problems in cost control management, such as low management level, imperfect management system, unreasonable response to unexpected situations and so on. If they want not to be eliminated by the market, they need to form a modern enterprise production and operation form with cost control management as the core to adapt to the new market environment and develop continuously. On the premise that quality and safety are guaranteed, production costs are reduced and economic benefits are improved. With the cost control of construction projects in the construction industry, some problems have seriously affected the development of enterprises themselves, and even slowed down the process of Chinas construction industry entering the first-class international enterprises, and weakened the core competitiveness with other international enterprises. Therefore, which is very necessary for the project cost control of national construction enterprises.
