PAGE PAGE III 对建设工程项目管理PM模式的分析与研究 摘 要 我国蓬勃发展的社会经济同样带动了建筑业的明显发展，因此建筑领域的发展进步也反映了目前社会文化的变化。随着经济全球化的日益发展，我国的项目管理能力逐渐与国际社会追平。随着建筑项目数量的不断增加，建筑行业的发展越来越快，但也出现了项目开发中可见的缺点。在建筑工程项目实施中为了保障整个施工质量，需要企业制定更为严格的项目管理模式。与此同时，也是为了解决如何提高建设工程建设效率，降低企业生产成本等一系列问题。当前建设工程中面临的最重要问题就是如何建立起完善的项目管理模式，提高项目管理的工作效率。为了给人们提供更好的服务，为了保障建设工程项目的顺利实施，唯一的途径就是建设并完善合理的建设工程项目管理模式。进入新世纪以来，人们越来越重视科学的管理，管理模式的重要性在企业运营中的必要性和重要性日渐显露，由此可见，尝试并探索出一套高效合理的建筑工程项目管理模式对建设工程建设的作用非常重大。 本文就是从这一角度出发，结合当前环境下的工程项目管理的现状，分析我国项目管理模式的相关影响因素。以管理层次的思考角度来对我国项目管理PM模式加以全方位的研究和比较；同时分析总结PM模式未来的发展趋势；最后研究PM模式在项目管理中的应用和实施，然后展望PM模式今后的辉煌发展。 关键词：项目管理；工程项目管理；PM管理模式；应用和实施 Abstract Chinas booming social economy also drives the obvious development of the construction industry, so the development and progress in the construction field also reflects the current social and cultural changes.
