PAGE I 富临轩工程项目管理规划 摘 要 本文通过对富临轩商住楼工程图纸的图纸研读和科学计算，提出针对此建筑项目的项目管理规划计划书。此项目管理规划中涵括了有建筑项目的项目招投标程序、项目设计、项目投资、项目合同、项目信息、项目进度管理、项目质量控制、竣工验收、安全管理及环境管理等。希望通过对本建筑项目进行全过程、全方面的把握，提高工程的质量、效率，使得本建筑项目的投资合理，过程科学。 本文在计算软件部分中运用了广联达土建计量平台2018及广联达计价软件GBQ4.0，套用的工程量清单项目设置规则为2010-广东清单库，套用的定额库为广东省建筑与装修工程综合定额（2010）定额库，得到本项目的总造价及总工程量。实际运用于本项目投资管理和进度管理的计算中。 关键词：项目管理；软件运用  ABSTRACT Based on the study and scientific calculation of the engineering drawings of fulinxuan commercial and residential buildings, this paper proposes the project management plan for this construction project. It includes contract management, design management, investment management, schedule management, bidding process, quality control, completion acceptance, information management, safety management and environmental management, etc. We hope to improve the quality and efficiency of the project through the whole process and all aspects of the construction project, so as to make the investment of the construction project reasonable and the process scientific. In the calculation software part of this paper, the guanglianda civil engineering measurement platform 2018 and the guanglianda pricing software GBQ4.0 are used. By applying the bill of quantities project setting rules (2010-guangdong) bill of quantities database and guangdong comprehensive quota (2010) quota database of construction and decoration engineering, the total cost and total quantity of this project are obtained. So at the end, we actually apply it to the fulinxuan project investment management and schedule management calculation.
