PAGE i S335省道至坳塘口子连接线一标段施工组织设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计的内容主要是根据本公路工程而制定施工组织设计，在工程项目开始前以工程概况及工程特点为依据，按照规范和工程的质量要求及安全要求，经过开工前的实地考察测量、详细计算以及对工程进行有效的施工组织安排后制定出的一整套比较完善的具有合理性的施工组织文件，然后根据施工工程量计算施工过程中的人员配备、主要材料需求、施工机械和进场时间安排。主要内容包括工程概况、主要工程数量、主要工程施工方案、施工进度计划、各项资源需求计划、重点工程施工方案、横道图及双代号网络规划图等主要内容，制定出合理的施工组织设计，详细地计算各项分项工程的工程量、劳动量需求、资源需求，确定施工进度，从而能够使本次公路施工工程顺利地进行，控制工程成本，创建高品质工程。 关键词：合理施工；施工方案；工程成本；高品质工程 PAGE iii ABSTRACT The content of this graduation project is mainly to work out the construction organization design according to the highway. Before the commencement of the project, it is based on the general situation and characteristics of the project, in accordance with the specifications and the quality and safety requirements of the project. After on-the-spot investigation and measurement, detailed calculation and effective construction organization arrangement for the project before commencement, a set of relatively perfect and reasonable construction organization documents are formulated. Then, the staffing, main material requirements, construction machinery and approach time arrangement in the construction process are calculated according to the construction quantities. The main contents include the general situation of the project, the number of major projects, the construction plan of the major projects, the construction schedule plan, the resource demand plan, the construction plan of key projects, the Gantt chart and the double code network plan, etc. The reasonable construction organization design is worked out, the quantities, labor demand and resource demand of various sub-projects are calculated in detail, and the construction progress is determined, so that the highway construction project can proceed smoothly, the project cost can be controlled, and a high quality engineering can be created.
