PAGE IV SBS改性沥青防水卷材在林里居项目 屋面中的应用 摘 要 在现代社会经济日益发展的今天，房屋建筑施工越来越多，随着人们对住房质量要求的不断提升，房屋建筑的施工要求也在不断的提升。可实践表明，当前房屋建筑中，依旧存在着屋面漏水问题，给整个房屋建筑质量带来消极的影响。 SBS改性沥青防水卷材因其质量轻，在操作的过程中较简单，抗拉等性能良好，而且应用的范围还比较广泛等特点，除了会用在普通的建筑防水之外，还特别适用于一些高级屋面。因此，本文以新密林里居项目为例对SBS改性沥青防水卷材在屋面工程中的应用进行了研究。 本文首先介绍了本项目的工程概况，并给出了选用的SBS防水卷材的厚度，通过对其单位面积质量、单位面积、外观等其它性能的检测，说明其符合施工要求。对SBS改性沥青防水卷材在屋面中铺贴要做的准备、技术、方法和注意事项等进行了阐述，了解其具体的施工过程。还对SBS改性沥青防水卷材的在施工中的一些质量控制与质量验收，了解了它的质量控制要和质量验收的具体标准。最后通过对SBS改性沥青防水卷材在屋面施工后会出现的一些质量问题进行了探讨，并给出了相应的应对措施。 关键词：SBS改性沥青防水卷材；屋面防水；质量控制 Abstract In the modern social and economic development today, more and more housing construction construction, with peoples housing quality requirements continue to improve, housing construction requirements are also constantly improving. But the practice shows that there is still a roof leakage problem in the current housing building, which has a negative impact on the whole building quality.
