PAGE 1 - ? 楚南公路第五合同段施工组织设计 摘 要 本文以楚南公路第5合同标段项目为切入点，基于施工组织设计相关理论，归纳出施工组织设计编制原则、内容及其编制依据，从项目的实际情况出发，对工程概述、人材机的进场情况、施工总进度安排、分部分项工程施工顺序、施工方案、施工方法及重点难点的施工措施、冬雨季和农忙时节的施工安排以及文明施工保护环境等进行了阐述。严谨把控施工方案，顺应时代运用现代化的优秀管理技术，从而确保此项目的顺利竣工，为云南省的公路运输增添一道亮丽的风景线。 关键词：施工组织设计；施工方案；管理技术 Abstract This paper takes the 5th contract section project of Chunan Highway as the entry point. Based on the relevant theories of construction organization design, the principles, contents and basis of construction organization design are summarized. From the actual situation of the project, the project overview and the approach situation of person,material and machine, construction schedule, construction sequence, construction plan, construction method and key construction difficulties, construction schedule of winter rainy season and busy season, and civilized construction protection environment were elaborated. Strictly control the construction plan and adapt to the era to apply modernized excellent management technology to ensure the smooth completion of this project and add a beautiful landscape to the road transportation in Yunnan Province.
