PAGE 41 福田货车制动器设计 摘要 随着我国运输物流水平不断上升，道路上载货汽车的需求量也在不断持续上升，为防止路面上交通事故频繁发生，要求载货汽车各系统进行优化升级，尤其是作为安全性能中影响最为重要的制动器，其性能、重量、成本对整车制动系统的使用影响较大。文章通过对现有载货汽车制动器应用现状的分析，对载货汽车制动器结构进行轻量化和集成化设计，拟设计出一款新型鼓式制动器，其制动性能、刚性、重量等多项指标优于传统类型的制动器，满足目前载货汽车的使用要求。 关键词：鼓式制动器，轻量化，载货汽车； Design of Foton Truck Brake Abstract With Chinas transport logistics level is rising, the demand of trucks on the roads continues to rise.
