本科毕业论文 宁波港物流服务中存在的问题与对策研究 摘 要 随着经济的快速发展，港口作为全球交通运输网络的重要节点，是对外贸易进出口货物的集散中心，是国际物流供应链的重要环节和物流通道的枢纽，在区域经济的发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文以宁波港为研究对象，以港口物流为研究内容，首先对港口物流服务的概念和模式类型进行了阐述；然后分析了宁波港物流服务的现状，发现了港口物流规划统筹缺乏协调、大宗商品市场体系尚未形成、物流集疏运管理服务体系不够完善、综合物流服务效率有待提高、物流增值服务发展滞后、物流信息技术应用有限等问题；最后从政府、大宗商品、物流集疏运管理服务、现代航运服务、物流供应链等角度分析，提出了一些有关宁波港物流服务的改进建议，进而提高宁波港的综合物流服务能力，促进对外贸易的快速发展，加快周边区域经济的发展，提升港口物流国际竞争力。 关键词：港口物流；服务；发展 Abstract With the rapid development of the economy, the port is an important node of the global transportation network, a distribution center for foreign trade import and export goods, an important link in the international logistics supply chain and a hub for logistics channels, playing an increasingly important role in the development of the regional economy. At first, this paper, taking Ningbo Port as the research object and Port Logistics as the research content, expounds the concept and model type of Port Logistics Service. Then this paper analyzes the present situation of Ningbo Port logistics service and finds some problems, such as lack of coordination of port logistics planning, no forming the commodity market system, imperfect logistics management and transportation management system, the efficiency of integrated logistics services to be improved, the development of lagging logistics value-added services and the limited application of logistics information technology. Finally, from the perspective of the government, commodities, logistics and transportation management services, modern shipping services, and logistics supply chain, some suggestions for improving logistics services in Ningbo Port are put forward, which will further improve Ningbo Ports comprehensive logistics service capabilities and promote the rapid development of foreign trade. Ningbo port will accelerate the economic development of the surrounding areas and enhance the international competitiveness of port logistics.
