The change of price has a greater impact on the consumption level of residents. Based on the analysis of Ningbos consumption level and price index trend from 2012 to 2016, this paper analyses the trend change, reasons and the relationship and influence between the rising price and consumption level of residents, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to better enhance the consumption level of residents in Ningbo and promote the economy and consumption level of residents in Ningbo.
