However, in the development of the construction market, there are also many problems, especially some special projects.For the actual losses that are not due to their own mistakes, but due to the responsibility of the other party, construction enterprises should have certain skills to safeguard their legitimate interests in construction claims. Firstly, this paper summarizes the construction claim, including the classification, function and reason of the claim, and then introduces the corresponding conditions and basis on this basis. Secondly, it mainly analyses the claim procedure of Engineering construction, including two aspects: contractor and contractor. Finally, through specific calculation, we can make a more advantageous claim scheme for ourselves.
