毕业设计（论文） 题 目建筑设计阶段工程造价的 管理与控制 建筑设计阶段工程造价的管理与控制 摘 要 建设工程项目有着资金投入大，建设期限的特点，由此就决定了在工程建设期限内项目每个环节实施造价控制非常的不容易。在建设工程的设计阶段，工程建设项目的造价控制在项目的整个建设过程中起着决定性的作用。因为工程建设项目处于整个生命周期，所以尽管项目设计阶段是耗费最少时间和资金的阶段，但对项目投资影响巨大的阶段。 此文以工程建设项目设计阶段的造价控制管理作为研究主题，基于工程建设项目造价管理的理论，分析了工程设计阶段造价控制管理的近状，总结了工程建设造价管理现阶段中国在这方面存在的不足。在设计阶段造价控制管理的理论分析的基础上，综合考虑中国在这方面的发展要求，提出了工程项目设计阶段造价控制管理的基本原理和总体思路。 基 于 造 价 控 制 方 法 在 国 内 外 工 程 建 设 项 目 设 计 阶 段 的 理 论 研 究 进 展 和 实 际 应 用 ， 系 统 地 分 析 了 限 额 设 计 、 价 值 工 程 分 析 和 全 寿 命 周 期 成 本 分 析 三 种 理 论 方 法 。 采 取 限 额 设 计 的 方 法 对 造 价 控 制 进 行 研 究 ， 在 剖 析 传 统 限 额 设 计 所 存 在 缺 陷 的 基 础 上 ， 发 明 了 一 种 完 善 后 的 限 额 设 计 方 法 ， 将 价 值 工 程 应 用 于 限 额 设 计 总 价 值 的 分 配 中 ， 并 充 分 考 虑 了 项 目 全 寿 命 后 阶 段 成 本 ， 填 补 了 传 统 限 额 设 计 的 不 足 之 处 。 最 后 ， 结 合 中 国 工 程 建 设 项 目 设 计 阶 段 造 价 控 制 管 理 的 发 展 需 求 ， 提 出 了 一 些 有 益 的 建 议 和 控 制 措 施 。 关键字：设计阶段 造价控制 造价管理 Management and Control of Engineering Costs in the Architectural Design Phase Engineering construction projects have the characteristics of large capital investment and long construction cycle, which determines the difficulty of implementing cost control in each link of the project during the construction cycle.
