毕业设计（论文）报告 题 目 POLO 空调制冷系统的检测 与维修 系 别 专 业 班 级 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 2012年 5月 i POLO 空调制冷系统的检测与维修 纲要： 本文阐述了 POLO 制冷系统的故障检修。对 POLO 制冷系统的故障剖析 过程中必须要认识制冷系统的工作原理构造等， 同时还要掌握制冷系统的检漏方 法。本文主要介绍了 POLO 制冷系统的组成、 工作原理、检修和使用时的注意事 项。 POLO 制冷系统主要包括压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、储液罐等部件，文中作 了捡的介绍，并由此引出了 POLO 制冷系统中常出的故障， 以及主要部件常出现 的故障，并针对这些故障给出了相应的诊疗方法及维修方案。 POLO 这款车采用的是半自动空调，本文主要研究了制冷系统机械方面故 障。制冷系统中最常有的故障有不制冷及制冷不足等， 本文从制冷系统的组成和 工作原理下手采用顺序渐进的检查方法进行诊疗。 然后对着故障按正确的方法进 行维修或改换。论文最后的制冷系统使用注意事项也能帮助车主更加合理地使用 制冷系统。 关键词 ： POLO、制冷系统、 检测、维修 ii POLO Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems Testing and Maintenance Abstract: This paper describes the POLO refrigeration system troubleshooting.
