燕京理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE VI 河北津天项目管理有限公司财务风险成因及其控制研究 摘 要 近些年来，随着当代企业的发展变化，企业之间的也出现了不可避免的竞争，与此同时，我们社会经济的发展也进入了一个新的阶段，各个领域都迎来了新的发展机遇，尤其是工程造价与监理方面也迎来了新的发展空间。然而大多数建筑单位对财务风险重视不够导致工程造价与监理方面风险问题日益凸显。与此同时，由于公司自身的局限性，公司抗风险能力较弱，而且每个企业都是在未知的状况下进行发展，所以企业出现财务风险是难免的。企业发展必定会有财务的发生，进而导致风险的出现，财务风险是无法避免。因此，我国企业必须对财务风险高度重视，正确的了解企业运行财务风险的规律，结合公司财务现状分析，并根据分析研究出一套适合公司状况的措施。 所以我们对河北津天项目管理有限公司财务风险成因及其控制进行研究，对可能发生的财务风险提高警惕，注意并进行防范措施，才能降低由于各种因素引起的财务风险问题，保证津天项目管理有限公司实现效益的最大化和长久发展的目标。 关键词： 财务风险 风险控制 工程造价 Research on Financial Risk Causes and Control of HeBei Jin Tian Project Management Company LTD Absract In recent years,With the development of modern enterprises, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce.Chinas social and economic development has achieved unprecedented results, and new development opportunities have been welcomed in all fields, especially in engineering cost and supervision. However, most construction units do not pay enough attention to financial risks, which leads to the increasingly prominent risk problems in engineering cost and supervision.Because our countrys economic market is not yet mature, and every enterprise is developing under unpredictable circumstances.So enterprises are threatened by financial risks.Therefore, Chinese enterprises must attach great importance to financial risks, and correctly understand the rules of financial risks in the operation of enterprises, combined with the analysis of the companys financial status quo, to study effective measures. Therefore, we study the causes and control of financial risks of Hebei Jintian Project Management Co., Ltd., raise vigilance against possible financial risks, pay attention to and take preventive measures, in order to reduce the financial risks caused by various factors, and ensure that Jintian Project Management Co., Ltd. achieves the goal of maximizing benefits and long-term development.
