燕京理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 1 互联网企业财务风险管理的策略研究 ——以焦点科技股份有限公司为例 摘 要 “互联网+”时代的到来促成了互联网产业的快速发展，众多仍然以固定资产为主要投入资产的传统企业也面临着被那些秉承着轻资产运营理念的新兴互联网企业所取代，但这样快速的发展很容易让这些年轻的企业忽略掉那些潜在的财务风险。 本文将在互联网企业普遍存在的特性基础上，通过对焦点科技股份有限公司的相关资料来分析其存在的各项风险并提出解决策略建议。本文将首先阐述财务风险的定义及其原因及现有的一般分析方法和规避方法。然后选取焦点科技股份有限公司为研究样本，在对焦点科技的运营模式和资本结构特征的分析基础上，通过对过去五年公司财务数据的分析和评估得出焦点科技存在的各种财务风险，最后，针对分析出的财务风险提出相应的防范对策和管理控制措施。 关键词：轻资产运营模式 财务风险 互联网企业 焦点科技 风险防范  Strategy Research on Financial Risk Management of Internet Enterprises —— Take Focus Technology Co., Ltd. as an example Abstract The internet industry has emerged due to the rapid development of the internet era.Many traditional enterprises that still invest mainly in fixed assets are also being replaced by those emerging Internet companies adhering to the concept of light asset operation. But such rapid development is easy for these young enterprises to ignore those potential financial risks. Risk analysis on Internet company Focus Technology Co., Ltd. have to face according to the characteristics of the Internet. And put forward some suggestions to solve them. Firstly, the article will elaborate the definition of financial risk, its causes and existing common analysis methods and evasive means, and also summarize the common light assets operation mode and financial characteristics of Internet enterprises. Choose Focus Technology Co., Ltd. Analyzed for the samples and characterize Focus Technology management and capital structure, and analyzed and evaluated financial data by the company for almost five years, obtain the various financial risks existing in Focus Technology at this stage, and finally put forward corresponding preventive measures and control measures for the financial risks obtained from the analysis.
