Ability objectives (技能目标) 1) To develop the right reading skills 2) To learn to describe a person using what they have learned 2. Cognitive objective (认知目标) 1) To enable the students to learn to cherish and avoid wasting food. 2) To enable the students to get the idea that great personality is of importance to one’s success. 3. Emotional objective (情感目标) 1) To learn from Dr Yuan’s great personality - universal love and mercy; intelligent; hard-working;… 2) To establish the correct attitudes towards their lives and future career. 3) To help students set up confidence, social responsibility. Teaching emphasis and difficulties: 1. To get the students to learn from Yuan Longping. 2. To learn the way to persuade somebody to do one thing.
