PAGE 18 摘 要 随着国家经济持续稳健增长，扶贫工作的深入推动，居民可支配收入的不断提高，社会风险意识的提升，居民对自身和家庭的风险保障重视程度也日渐提升，人们开始关注保险，购买保险。有一句话是这样说的，意外和明天你不知道哪一个先来，而商业意外保险，在各种自然灾害和意外伤害频繁发展的今天，无疑是像一颗定心丸般的存在，在社会保障体系中发挥着重要的补充作用。 本文集中阐述了广州作为一线城市，在居民的生活水平和文化水平普遍较高的情况下，以广州市作为分析地点，通过收集的数据整理和分析广州市2014-2018年商业意外险发展的现状，挖掘其发展存在的问题，进而探讨出广州市商业意外险的发展策略，促进广州市商业意外险的发展。 本文通过对广州市2014-2018年商业意外险数据分析，挖掘其在发展中存在的问题与提出对策。全文分五个部分：第一部分是引言；第二部分：广州市商业意外险发展的现状；第三部分：广州市商业意外险发展存在的问题；第四部分：改善广州市商业意外险发展存在的问题建议；第五部分：总结。 关键词：广州市 商业意外险 问题与对策 ABSTRACT Tourism With the sustained and steady growth of the national economy, the in-depth promotion of poverty alleviation, the continuous increase of residents disposable income, the enhancement of social risk awareness, and the increasing attention of residents to risk protection for themselves and their families, people begin to pay attention to insurance and buy insurance. However, in todays frequent development of various natural disasters and accidental injuries, commercial accident insurance is undoubtedly a reassuring existence, playing an important supplementary role in the social security system.
