PAGE PAGE 18 摘 要 农村金融服务是农村金融机构使用货币交易的手段通过融通资金以及有价物品，向农村金融需求的主体提供相应的服务，并达到互惠互利和双方满意的一种金融活动。它的健康运行不仅需要能够满足农村经济实体的正常财务需求，还必须促进农村经济的可持续发展和农民收入的稳定增长。近年来，国内外的学者围绕这一主题的研究成果颇丰，但是在河源市的农村金融服务发展现状有一定的差距，特别是从金融服务需求和满意度方面分析有许多问题值得研究。 本文集中阐述了农村金融服务的相关概念及内涵，围绕河源市农村金融服务的基本情况作出了相应的分析，剖析了当今现状及存在的问题，根据存在的问题提出了个人的看法以及解决措施。进一步的优化农村金融服务，为农村经济的发展提供一定的借鉴。 本文运用调查问卷的方法对河源市农村金融服务情况进行调查分析。全文分四个部分：第一个部分讨论了农村金融服务的内涵；其次是河源市农村金融服务的基本情况进行了调查分析；第三部分指出了河源市农村金融服务中存在的问题；第四部分是优化和完善河源市农村金融服务的解决对策。 本文创新体现在对区域的农村金融服务作出调查分析，河源市的特色产业需要农村金融机构的扶持，农村金融服务带动了农业和农村经济的发展，有助于提高农村整体收入水平。 关键词：农村金融服务；存在问题；解决对策 ABSTRACT Rural financial service is a kind of financial activity that rural financial institutions provide corresponding services to the main body of rural financial needs through financing funds and valuable goods by means of monetary transactions, and achieve mutual benefit and mutual satisfaction.Its healthy operation not only needs to be able to meet the normal financial needs of rural economic entities, but also must promote the sustainable development of rural economy and the stable growth of farmers income.In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have made a lot of achievements on this topic, but there is a certain gap in the development of rural financial services in Heyuan City, especially in terms of demand and satisfaction of financial services.
