PAGE 18 摘 要 鞋子是人们生活的必需品，随着人们生活的提高，人们对鞋子需求的要求也越来越高。鞋业产业是厚街镇的支柱产业之一。产业关联度高、技术含量高、带动能力强，在扩大就业、出口、提高人民生活质量等方面做出了突出的贡献，吸引了大批以台湾为代表的海外鞋业企业家落户厚街，聚集成了大规模鞋业制造工业群体。经过近30年的发展，厚街成功构造“鞋业总部经济”的支撑平台，一举成为全球鞋业的生产基地和采购中心。 本文集中阐述了厚街镇制鞋产业发展状况，围绕厚街镇制鞋业发展的优势和劣势，对其现状进行研究，分析当前厚街镇制鞋业的发展存在的问题，并找出相应的对策，提出个人的看法。 本论文分成三个部分：第一部分对厚街鞋业的发展现状分析的介绍，包括特色和优势的分析。第二部分运用数据及理论对制鞋业提出几个主要存在的问题，并展开研究。第三部分是针对提出的问题和不足，提出相关的对策和建议。 本文主要创新体现在通过调查、搜集数据和搜集文献等方法，从厚街镇制鞋业的品牌形象影响、科技创新和企业管理三个方面分析其中的问题，并提出建议。 关键词：厚街 制鞋业 存在问题及对策 ABSTRACT Shoes are a necessity for peoples lives. With the improvement of peoples lives, peoples requirements for shoes are getting higher and higher. As one of the pillar industries of Houjie Town, it has high industrial relevance, high technological content, and strong driving ability. It has made great contributions in expanding employment, exports, and improving peoples quality of life which attracted many Taiwan overseas shoe-making entrepreneurs to settle which made Houjie a large-scale shoe-making manufacturing industry group. After nearly 30 years, Houjie has succeeded in constructing a supporting platform for the headquarters economy of the shoe-making industry, and has become a production base, purchasing center. This paper focuses on the development of the Houjie shoe-making industries. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the Houjie shoe-making industries, this paper studies its current situation, analyzes the current problems and finds out corresponding countermeasures, puts forward personal views as well. This paper is divided into three parts: The first part introduces the analysis of the development status of Houjie shoe-making industries, including characteristics and advantages. The second part uses data and theory to raise several major problems for the shoe-making industries and conduct research.
