Hainan has the advantages of developing cruise tourism conditions, but in the face of rapid growth markets, or a less routes, lack of supporting facilities, infrastructure construction is not perfect, the cruise system has not yet been realized industrialization, professionals lack of clear, overall awareness is not high. In this paper, the characteristics and development strategy of cruise tourism market in hainan were analyzed, and clear the direction of the next cruise tourism development in hainan, constantly speeding up port construction and continuously develop new routes, with a more perfect transportation system to promote the construction of infrastructure, build the integrity of cruise tourism industry system, to attract more people into the cruise tourism industry, improve propaganda on the cruise tourism in hainan province development strategy.
