基于 PLC 的门禁系统的设计 院 系：机电与自动化学院 专业班级：自动化 1402 班 姓 名：涂雷 学 号：20142101048 指导教师：李 2018 年 5 月 基于 PLC 的门禁系统的设计 Design of Access Control System based on PLC 摘 要 伴随着现代社会科技的高速发展，人民生活水平日渐提高，安全的重要性逐渐 被人们重视，门禁系统也就应运而生了，传统的防盗门已经不能满足人们的需求。 本文研究的主要内容是基于 PLC 的自动门禁系统。首先对PLC 的特点、组成结 构和工作原理以及设计一个控制系统的思想和步骤进行了论述；随后简单的介绍了 一下门禁的基本结构和工作原理；主要是对门禁系统的设计，其中包括总体设计硬 件框图设计，PLC 的选型介绍，I/O 口地址分配，PLC 输入和输出接线图的设计还有 对程序的设计和调试。最终通过监控软件组态王实现了对门禁系统的监控效果，设 计了登录界面和监控界面。本次设计还实现了自动报警和消防的功能，这是传统门 禁实现不了的功能。门禁系统功能的完善大大的提高了社会的安全性。 关键词: 门禁系统 PLC 组态王 GX Developer Abstract With the rapid development of modern social science and technology, the peoples living standard is increasing, the importance of security has been gradually paid attention to. The entrance guard system has come into being, and the traditional anti- theft door can not meet the needs of people. The main content of this paper is automatic access control system based on PLC. First, the characteristics, structure and working principle of PLC and the ideas and steps to design a control system are discussed. Then the basic structure and working principle of the entrance guard are briefly introduced. The design of the entrance guard system, including the design of the overall design of the hardware frame, the introduction of the type selection of the PLC, and the I/O port Address assignment, PLC input and output wiring diagram design, and program design and debugging. Finally, the monitoring effect of the access control system is realized by monitoring Kingview software, and the login interface and monitoring interface are designed.
