基于 S7-200PLC 的 锌锅加锭控制系统设计 Design of zinc pot ingot feeding control system based on S7 - 200 PLC 院 系：机电与自动化学院 专业班级：自动化 1401 班 姓 名：梁威 学 号：20142101011 指导老师：李静 2018 年 5 月 基于 S7-200PLC 的 锌锅加锭控制系统 设计 Design of zinc pot ingot feeding control system based on S7 - 200 PLC 摘要 随着我国重工业行业的迅速发展，生产自动化程度也越来越高，在生产运 输方面更加追求便捷、效率。随着 PLC 的引入，使得机械控制变得简单方便、 智能可靠。 本次课题主要是关于利用西门子 S7-200 小型 PLC 控制的锌锅加锭系统的设 计，该系统主要是由电动葫芦起重机控制系统控制的。该论文首先介绍了电动 葫芦的基本结构、工作原理和国内外的发展近况，然后介绍了西门子 S7-200 小 型 PLC 的基本结构、工作原理和特点，其次是介绍了基于西门子 S7-200PLC 的 锌锅加锭系统的结构和工作原理，随后介绍该系统的流程图、电动葫芦的硬件 电路图、I/O 地址分配以及 PLC 控制的程序设计和利用 STEP7-Nicro/WIN 编程 软件进行程序调试，最后是关于组态王软件的介绍、组态王界面的设计和组态 王仿真调试。 关键词：西门子 S7-200PLC、电动葫芦、STEP7-Micro/WIN 编程软件、组态 王 Abstract With the rapid development of heavy industry in China,the degree of automation in production is also getting higher and higher,more convenient and efficient in the production and transportation.With the introduction of PLC,it makes the mechanical control simple and convenient, intelligent and reliable. This subject is mainly about the design of the SIEMENS S7-200 small PLC control zinc pot ingot system,the system is mainly controlled by the control system of the electric hoist crane.This paper first introduces the basic structure, working principle and recent development of electric hoist at home and abroad.Then the basic structure, working principle and characteristics of the SIEMENS S7-200 small PLC are introduced.Secondly, the structure and working principle of the zinc pot ingot system based on SIEMENS S7-200PLC is introduced. Then the flow chart of the system, the hardware circuit diagram of the electric hoist, the
