PAGE II PAGE II 企业股权结构研究—以华为技术有限公司为例 摘 要 在企业经营和发展的过程中，股权结构逐渐成为了一家企业内部结构治理的基础，它不仅给企业的治理结构奠定了性质，还从侧面深深的影响了一家企业的治理质量和运营效率。每家企业的内部组成和组织形式都不可能达成一致，所以每家企业的股权结构也不尽相同，以至于每家企业的运营情况和最终绩效因为不同的治理结构而产生不一样的效果。本文以华为技术有限公司为例，阐述研究企业股权结构的重要意义以及企业股权结构对企业发展的影响，并通过实际考察股份制企业的股权结构，提出存在的问题和总结现存股权结构的优缺点，提出优化股权结构应注意的要点。 关键词：企业；股权结构；治理结构 Research on the ownership structure of enterprises Abstract In the process of enterprise operation and development,the ownership structure has gradually become the basis of the internal structure governance of an enterprise,It not only establishes the nature of the enterprise governance structure, but also deeply affects the governance quality and operating efficiency of an enterprise.It is impossible to agree on the internal make-up and Organisation of every enterprise,So the ownership structure of each company is not the same,So that each enterprises operating conditions and final performance because of different governance structure and produce different results.Taking Huawei Technologies Ltd as an example, this paper expounds the significance of studying the ownership structure of enterprises and the influence of ownership structure on the development of enterprises,and through the actual inspection of the joint-stock Companys equity structure, the paper puts forward the existing problems and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing equity structure, and puts forward the points for attention in optimizing the equity structure.
