推板式造波机的机械结构设计 摘要 二十一世纪是海洋的世纪，世界上各个国家越來越重视对海洋资源的开发，对船 舶工程、海洋工程的研究也越來越多。在实验室相对稳定的情况下通过造波机对波浪进 行模拟实验是目前最行之有效的研究海洋波浪的方法。通过在实验室的水池中模拟自然 界中各种波形的波浪，然后对这些数据进行深入分析和研究，可以为工程建设提供可靠 的理论依据。在众多的波浪模拟设备中，推板式造波机是当前最主流的一种，在很多的 海洋工程实验室中发挥着非常重要的作用。本文通过对几种传动方式的比较，选定了滚 珠丝杠作为传动装置，滚珠丝杠作为传动装置，运行平稳，可靠性高，非常适合用于推 板式造波机。根据造波要求设计出整体的机械结构，对主要部件进行了校核及有限元分 析，最终设计出完整的推板式造波机。 关键词：造波机；推板式；滚珠丝杠 Abstract The 21st century is the centuiy of ocean, many countiy pay more and more attention to the development of manne lesoui ces , as well as the study of marine engineeiing. manne engmeenng allover the world.
