中国民营企业现状与发展问题研究 摘要 在经济一体化、市场化、知识化的今天，企业与外部环境联系与资源交换方式发生了很 大的变化，企业对生存机会甄别、信息猎取、 资源协调的能力得到了增强， 企业生存和发展 的方式也发生了变化。 我国民营企业是在计划体制和市场体制的夹缝中产生发展起来的， 其 具有先天的软弱性。只是在改革开放以后，民营经济才犹如雨后春笋，蓬勃发展。至今，民 营经济已成为我国经济的重要组成部分和推动经济增长的重要力量。 但是随着国家宏观经济 结构的调整，市场竞争的日益激烈，大部分民营企业都显示出了各领风骚三五年后却不能持 续发展的特点，这严重影响了国民经济持续稳定的发展。 本文首先从企业理论内涵出发来阐 述我国民营企业生存和发展的空间， 进而分析了影响民营企业发展的因素并提出了相应的对 关键词:民营企业生存发展空间Our Country Private Enterprise Survival and Development Question Research ABSTRACT On economic integration in the market and knowledgeable day , there is a change in exchange that enterprises and resources associated with the exter nal en vir onment. En terprise scree ning of a cha nee of survival , hun ti ng information , the ability to enhance coordination of resources strengthens. The way of survival and development also changes. Our Nongovernmental En terprises come into being and make progress in the crack betwee n pla nned system and maker system , so which has inborn the flabb in ess. On ly after opening and innovation , Nongovernmental Enterprises developed vigorously as bamboo shoots in spri ng after rain. As yet , Non gove nmen tal En terprises has already become the important Part our national economy and the vigor power to promote economic increasing. However , with the adjustment of macroeconomic strueture and the increasingly severe market competition , most Nongovenmental Enterprises show the characteristic , which can t get the susta ined developme nt and every one is dominant only for several years.So this condition blocks badly our national economy s steady and sustained development. This paper , first from the theoretical contents of enterprises , elaborates the space of survival and development of private enterprises in China , and analyzes the factors which impact the development of private en terprise and puts forward the corresp onding resp on se.
