中天公司房屋中介管理系统的设计与实现 Design and Implementation for Housing Intermediary Management System forZhongtian Corporation Abstract With the rapid development of the network and the computer，using the Internet， computer technology,database technology for effective information management has become a trend．However,the current domestic real estate intermediary industry management is still limited to the traditional which makes middlemen isolated from each other．It is difficult way to provide the public with timely and interactive information which hinders the healthy and rapid development of real estate market． In view of the existed problems in the housing intermediary management，this paper designed and implemented all intermediary management system based on the technologies of database，network，and management intelligence development，using B ／S model．In order to make the system more organized，the design of the system is divided into two parts：the user subsystem and the administrator subsystem；wherein the user subsystem includes some user—operated function modules ：user registration ，information checking ，publishing ，and modification；the administrator subsystem includes some operate functional modules：login， password，user and housing information management．The different functional modules are corresponding to different databases．This system mainly uses JSP as developing language and Access as database platform，and‘top-down’approach to design the system． This system can effectively improve the efficiency of real estate agents，and has the advantages of high—reliability and strong practicability ． This system Can also bring convenience and help to people’S daily life． Key Words：Database Technology；Managi
