第 PAGE \* Arabic 1 页/ 共 NUMPAGES \* Arabic 5 页 家畜组织学与胚胎学实验 Histology and Embryology of Domestic Animals Expriment 一、课程概况 课程编号课程总学时：40 (讲课 ，实验 40 ，上机 ，实习 ，课外学时 ) 课程学分：1.5 课程分类： 必修 开课学期： 秋 开课单位： 动物医学院 基础兽医学系 动物解剖学与组织学胚胎学教研室 适用专业：动物医学 所需先修课：普通生物学和家畜解剖学总论 二、课程简介（中英文对照）（字数约300-500字） 家畜组织学与胚胎学实验是家畜组织学与胚胎学课程的重要组成部分。通过实验课观察标本的显微镜结构和超微结构，能使学生进一步理解和巩固课堂所学的知识。主要内容包括：实验须知与组织学标本简介，细胞，上皮组织，结缔组织，肌组织，神经组织与神经系统，循环系统，被皮系统，免疫系统，内分泌系统，消化系统，呼吸系统，泌尿系统，雄性生殖系统，雌性生殖系统和畜禽胚胎学。 用显微镜观察切片标本是该课程的基本手段。观察切片标本时应了解切片的解剖部位和切面方向，因为切片标本仅是器官细胞某一平面的图像，其形态结构因所在平面不同而异。因此观察时要勤于思考，联系理论知识，将平面图像与立体结构相结合，以便进一步理解、记忆和巩固组织胚胎学知识。 Summary The experiment of Animal Histology and Embryology is an important part of the Histology and Embryology teaching. By Observation on the microstructure and ultrastructure of histological section, we can better understand and strengthen the 2knowledge learned on class. The key content as follows: preliminary instructions and introduction of histological specimen, cell, epithelial tissue, connective tissue, muscular tissue, nervous tissue and nervous system, circulatory system, skin system, immune system, endocrine system, digestive system, respiratory system, urinary system, male reproductive system, female reproductive system and animal embryology. Microscopic examination of histological section is the basic method for the curriculum. When observation, we should understand the anatomic site and direction of tangent, because the section just demonstrate one plane picture of the organ or cell whose morphology will be different according to the planes. As a result, in order to better understand, remember and strengthen Histology and Embryology knowledge, we have to think deeply, combine theory and practice together and put plane picture and stereostructure together. 三、教学大纲 (一) 各章节要点及授课时数 实验一、实验须知和细胞(3学时)实验类型：验证 内容提要： 镜下观察标本和参观陈列的电镜照片。 1.掌握细胞的显微和亚显微结构。 2.了解细胞在有丝分裂时的形态变化。 作业： 根据光镜下所观察到的细胞，绘图并标注细胞各部分结构。 实验二、上皮组织(2学时)实验类型：综合 内容提要： 1.镜下观察标本，熟悉各种类型
