双目立体视觉装置的设计
摘要
随着计算机视觉技术的不断发展,立体视觉传感器得到了越来越广泛
的应用,尤其是双目视觉传感器以结构简单、使用方便、速度快、精度高
等优点被成功地用于工业检测、物体识别、工件定位、机器人自导引、航
天及军事等领域。本文设计一种4 自由度的视觉装置,该装置由4 个动力
分机构组成,即由四个旋转运动。分别模拟人的脖子和眼睛的运动,保证
摄像机完成对目标物体的捕捉,通过有关算法确定目标物体的位置和姿
态,该装置的动力分别由四个步进电机提供,充分利用PCL893 方便地实
现各种控制功能。本设计主要研究双目立体视觉装置的结构设计!

ABSTRACT
Along wit the continuous development of the vision technique of
computer, vision sensor of stereo is used more and more widely, especially the
vision sensor of “TWO EYES” is used successfully in many fields such as the
identify of object, the fixing post of parts, aerospace, military affairs and so on,
because it has many strong points, suc as simple structure, convenient,
maintenance, quick-witted, high precision, etc. The literary composition gives
information about a kind of visual sense device with for degree of freedom.
This device is made of four mechanisms wit motive force, whic are
swiveling mechanisms., then the pickup camera can complete the action
smoothly which is to catch the objective, after that using the related algorithm
it can be defined that where and how the objective is. The motive force of the
installation is provided by four electric motors working by step. It makes full
use of PCL839 in order to realize all kinds of function.

引言
人类有 80% 以上的信息是通过视觉得到的,让计算机或机器人具有
视觉,是人类多年来的梦想。如在机器人手上加上一个摄像头构成的手眼
系统,移动机器人加上摄像头进行定位,可以使工业应用更加精细。机器
视觉可以代替人类的视觉从事检验、目标跟踪、机器人导向等方面的工作,
特别是在那些需要重复、迅速的从图象处理、模式识别、人工智能等方面。
特别是在自动生产线上代替人工从事单调的产品检验工作,可以达到快
速、准确的效果。至于仿真机器人,视觉更是必不可少。视觉还广泛应用
在制造业、遥控操作、目标跟踪等领域。可见视觉是机器人得以自主的先
决条件。
