. . 中文摘要 顺丰速运是由港资的注册成立的快递型物流企业在 1993 年 3 月，其经营容 包括了，保险，报关，报检，国外快递等，是为全体客户提供快速、安全、优质 的服务为目标。 顺丰优选的创建是由顺丰速运以美食的安全并且优质为目标的电 子商务企业。 本优化分析是研究顺丰优选的食品仓储 ，首选 通过对顺丰自身食品仓储的方 式和现有设备的进行介绍。 其次， 我们对顺丰优选的冷冻仓库的储存规划与冷冻 仓库的管理进行分析， 得出我们可以从中看出的问题， 然后使用鱼骨图分析出影 响问题的主要因素存在于哪些方面。 最后， 我们使用 ABC分析法把食品分为周转快和周转慢的两大类， 然后进行 顺丰优选的仓储空间重新规划， 把食品流通快的叫做流通区域， 把食品流通慢的 叫做储备区域， 接着我们就可以对库区进行储位管理。 在满足食品储存最基础的 需求条件下， 我们可以尽量的降低工作占地空间以与过道占地空间， 来提高食品 储存的有效占地面积，提高食品的存储量。 关键词 : 食品，冷链物流，仓储 1 / 27 . . Second, our frozen warehouse storage for SFBESTplanning and frozen warehouse management were analyzed, and concluded that we can see the problem, and then use the fishbone diagram analysis of the main factors influencing the problem exists in what aspects. Finally, we use an ABCanalysis method divided the food into two broad categories of fast and slow, and then SFBESTof warehouse space to plan, called the fast food circulation area, called the food circulation slow reserve area, then we can for storing reservoir management. Under the condition of the food store the most basic needs, we can try to reduce the work and corridor space covers an area of space, to improve the effective of food storage area, improve the storage of food.
