C:Teaching important and difficult points: Shopping dialogue 二、 Ability aims:Ss can understand simple shopping dialogues and go shopping in English. 三、Emotion aims: Through buying gifts for mother,Ss can learn to love mother and others. Teaching aids: Multimedia. Teaching steps Step 1 lead-in Show the three pictures of supermarket,clothes shop and fruit shop,ask“What can you buy in a…?”.Ask the Ss to answer. Step 2 Presentation Ask the Ss to read the new words and expresstions by themselves,then check if they have mastered. Step 3 Listening (一) Listen to the tape of Activities 3 and then choose the right answers. (1) What would Lingling like to buy? A.Hat B.T-shirt C.Shoes D.Dress (2) What color does her mother like? A.Red B.Blue C.Green D.Purple (3) What size does her mother take? A.Small B.Large C.Medium (二)、Check the answers with the whole class. Step 4 Read and act out Ask the Ss to read the dialogue in Activity 3 in pairs.Then ask the Ss to act out the dialogue in roles.
