How their financial performance is always the focus of academic and industry. Based on the influencing factors of financial performance, this paper constructs the financial performance evaluation index system of high-tech enterprises, and selects 70 high-tech listed companies as research samples to evaluate the financial performance of high-tech enterprises. The financial performance scores of 70 enterprises are calculated, ranked and analyzed, and finally relevant conclusions are drawn. Keywords: High-tech enterprise; performance evaluation; principal component analysis —\引言 针对高新技术企业当前所亟需的财务绩效评价指标，其机制建构并非一蹴而 就之事，而是一个复杂工程，但如果要对高新技术企业展开更具有科学性和有效 性的绩效评价，又尤其需要一套实操性强且合理化已经较为完善的绩效评价机 制。只有构建出一套兼具科学性和有效性的财务评价指标机制，才能让企业管理 层更为精准而客观地识别业务流程中可能的薄弱之处进而展开针对性的改进或 解决，对于战略选择也具有明显效用。因此，一套具备较高完成度的高新企业财 务评价机制，能够更为有效地展开对该类型企业的研究，故此，本文以企业财务 绩效影响因素为依据，构建了高新技术企业财务绩效评价指标体系，并选取70 家高新技术企业上市公司为研究样本，对高新技术
