摘要 纺织服装行业一直是我国的HI 口创汇人户。通过国际比较发现中国纺织服装在价格上 的优势比较突岀，具有较高的市场占有率，可比净岀口指数也比较大，但在产品结构上与 发达国家有较大的差距，缺乏￡1主的优势品牌，国际营销水平低。因此，在整个纺织服装 国际贸易供应链屮处于较低位置，利润空间很小。但是近年来，国际贸易屮以环保安全和 可持续发展为焦点的绿色贸易壁垒使国内许多纺织品服装出口企业遭遇了巨大的损失。小 国纺织服装的人数量、低附加值和低价格也为欧美等国对中国纺织服装设限提供了条件， 在国际贸易屮屡次受到别国的阻碍，，配额取消以后屮国纺织产晶先后多次受到进口大国和 地区的不公平对待，发展中国家也加入到了反对中国纺织服装贸易的行列。因此，了解发 达国家的绿色贸易壁垒给我国纺织服装行业所带来的影响，并采取和应的对策，有效地跨 越有关纺织服装行业的绿色贸易壁垒，己成为我国政府和企业急待解决的问题。本文以苏 州的纺织品出口为例，研究H前的问题及对策建议。 关键词：贸易壁垒；纺织品出口；彩响；建议 ABSTRACT Textile and garment industry has been Chinas major exports. The textile and clothing made in China have obvious advantages in quantity, price and the flexibility of style. Chinese textile industry is weak in export structure, brand and marketing channel. So textile industry of China is not so competitive as the large export quantity displayed. But in recent years, international trade to environmental protection, security and sustainable development focusing on green trade bamers so that many textile exporters suffered great loss. The export in textile and clothing of China confront with joint block. Many developing countries take part in the developed countries to set many barriers to the export of Chinese Textile and Clothing. As a result, the developed countries to understanding the green trade barriers to Chinas textile and garment industry brought about by the impact, and taking appropriate measures to effectively across the textile apparel industry, green trade barriers, has become the government and enterprises that need to be solved. This paper is based on the textile export from SuZhou to analyze the current problems and the suggestions.
