农副产品物流园区建设以及管理问题研究——以杭州农副产品物流中心为例 ———————————————————————————————— 作者： ———————————————————————————————— 日期： 内 容 摘 要 为应对国际金融危机的影响，落实党中央、国务院保增长、扩内需、调构造的总体要求，促进物流业平稳较快开展，培育新的经济增长点，最近，国务院印发了?物流业调整和振兴 规划?，并将现代物流业列入了国家十大重点产业之一。该规划明确了物流园区工程、大宗商品和农村物流工程等九项重点工程。因此关注物流园区的建立和管理是非常重要的。 本文拟以杭州农副产品物流中心为例，结合有关部门进展的全国性调查情况，从农副产品物流园区建立的必要性和可行性、农副产品物流园区建立以及管理的重点、粮食大宗商品物流工程建立以及管理的重点等三个方面来展开研究，希望能对我国农副产品物流园区建立以及管理问题的研究和实践起到一些补充和促进作用。 关键词：物流园区、农产品物流、建立、管理 ABSTRACT To cope with the international financial crisis, the implementation of the CPC Central Committee and State Councils security growth, expanding domestic demand, the structure of the general requirements of transfer, and promote stable and rapid development of the logistics industry to foster new economic growth points, most recently, the State Council issued the adjustment of the logistics industry and revitalization planning , and the inclusion of modern logistics industry in the country one of the top ten key industries.
