PAGE PAGE 22 CTF制版工艺标准化研究 摘要： 随着印刷技术的迅猛发展和市场竞争的日益激烈，印品的高质量成为企业的生命支柱。随着CTP技术的高速发展，传统CTF制版的应用前景已成为重要的研究热点，国内诸多大型有实力的印刷企业引进了CTP系统，但仍保留使用CTF。CTF的种类可以分为多种，且各有优缺点，其工艺流程中的关键技术包括文件输入处理、计算机图文处理、排版、RIP、打样、输出胶片、晒版、显影、PS版等。本文从CTF制版、印刷和其他方面分析了CTF工艺流程中影响网点复制的因素，并通过CTF印版成像质量控制的实验，检测了网点扩大值、实地密度和相对反差值，探讨了印版的线性化和印刷网点扩大补偿，并提出了制版工艺的优化方案。最后总结了CTF工艺的数字化、标准化工艺。 关键词：CTF；标准化；网点扩大；网点复制 Discussion on Standardization of CTF Process Abstract: Nowadays, With the rapid development of printing technology and?the increasingly fierce competition in the market today, the printing of high quality of life become pillar enterprises. With the rapid development of CTP technology, application of traditional CTF technology has become an important research hotspot, many domestic enterprises have the strength of large printing CTP system was introduced, but still retains the use of CTF. The kinds of CTF can be divided into many, and each has its advantages and disadvantages, the key technologies in the process including the input file processing, computer graphics and text processing, typesetting, rip, proofing, output film, print, and developing and PS version of. This article analyzes the CTF process influence dot reproduction factors. And through the experiments of the CTF plate imaging quality control to detect the network expansion value, solid density and relative contrast value, discusses the plate linearization and printing dot gain compensation, and put forward the optimized scheme of plate making process from CTF platemaking, printing and other aspects. Finally, the digitization and standardization of CTF process are summarized.
