Overview coal methanol synthesis process and its equipment principle, identification of methanol production process of occupational disease, and occupational hazard factors, the source of the effects on human health; Analysis of occupational disease hazard protective measures.According to the given conditions, check hypothesis between sound whether accord with national standard requirement of the sound pressure level, after detailed calculation and refer to the specification, design conforms to the national standard requirement sound pressure level sound room. This paper aims to identify the types of occupational-disease-inductive factors, origin, the forms and existing concentration (strength), such as degree of harm, analyzed the laborers health way, way, degree, determine the occupational disease hazard monitoring index and health monitoring indicators for occupational hazards monitoring and evaluation, health care workers, and should take occupational health protection and control measures to provide important basis.
