PAGE PAGE 20 地区间出口贸易差异影响因素研究——基于合约实施制度角度 摘要：在我国地区间对外贸易发展不平衡的背景下，从合约实施制度差异的角度研究其对地区间出口贸易的影响。首先，本文梳理了有关合约实施制度与地区间出口贸易、合约实施制度与出口商品结构等的文献材料，并考察了各地区的合约实施制度差异与出口贸易差异，选定新制度经济学作为理论基础。 在理论分析和实证研究方面，本文从出口商和进口商两个角度出发，分别研究论证了若合约实施制度完善，则可促进出口商开展创新活动、优化出口贸易商品结构、吸引进口商进行贸易合作，从而检验佐证了合约实施制度差异如何影响地区间出口贸易。 本文的最后，针对现状，我们认为应加强中西部地区合约实施制度体系建设，东部地区进一步完善，进而推动我国各地区出口贸易协调发展。 关键词：合约实施制度差异地区出口贸易 Impact of institutional differences on the implementation of inter-regional export contracts Abstract:With the background of the unbalanced development of Chinese international trade, we discuss the impact on regional export from the perspective of implementation of the contract system differences. First, the paper reviews the literature contract between the system and the implementation of regional export trade, contract enforcement system and the structure of export commodities, and examines differences in contract implementation of the system of export trade in all regions, based on the new institutional economics theory foundation. In the theoretical analysis and empirical research, from the perspective of both exporters and importers, we research demonstrates that if the contracts were implemented to improve the system, you can promote innovative activities exporters, optimize the structure of export commodities, attracting importers trade cooperation, so as to check the effects of the differences in support for the implementation of the system contract between the regional export trade. In end of this article, we think that we should strengthen the system construction contract to implement the system in central and western regions, to further improve in the eastern region, thus promoting the coordinated development of regional export in China.
