PAGE PAGE 21 电子供应链金融的风险控制研究——以“E路融”为案例 摘要：电子供应链金融作为普惠金融的一种，为解决中小企业的融资问题提供了巨大的便利，但互联网金融不断产生的风险问题也引发了人们对电子供应链金融风险控制问题的思考，本文通过分析电子供应链金融风险控制问题的理论研究，发现电子供应链金融存在风险因素多、传统信用评级系统不适用、风险控制系统不实时的问题。本文通过理论联系实际，以电子供应链金融的经典案例“E路融”作为研究对象，分析了“E路融”的风险控制系统，发现其采用了新型的信用评级系统，具有以物流自营、U盾网络数字签名解决信息不对称来控制风险的优点，但也存在供应链上企业信息联网程度不高，信息实时更新的能力不强等问题，最后对如何完善“E路融”风险控制系统提出了建议，希望能为我国的电子供应链金融风险控制研究提供参考。 关键词：风险控制供应链金融互联网金融信用评级 Research on Risk Management of the Online Supply Chain Finance ——Take “E Lu Rong” as a case Abstract: As a kind of Inclusive finance, electronic supply chain finance provides great convenience for solving the financing problems of SMEs. But the risk that Internet banking produces constantly has also caused people to think about the financial risk control of the electronic supply chain.In this paper, through the analysis of the theory of financial risk control of the electronic supply chain, it is found that there are many problems in the electronic supply chain,for example there are many risks,the traditional credit rating system is not applicable, and the risk control system is not real timely.By linking theory with practice and research on “E road melting” which is a classic case of electronic supply chain finance,this paper analyzes the risk control system of E road melting. At the same time, we find that the system uses the new credit rating system ,and it can control the risk by using the logistics self, U Shield network digital signature to solve the information asymmetry.However,there are also some disadvantages,for example,the degree of enterprise information networking is not high in the supply chain,the ability of information real-time update is not strong and so on.At last, the paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the risk control system of E road melting” and hopes to provide reference for the study of financial risk control of Chinas electronic supply chain.
