“五渔”联动推进渔港经济区建设 作者：南铭扬 来源：《安徽农业科学》2019年第24期 摘要 “五渔”联合打造现代渔港经济区的建设正是实现海洋经济强国目标的切入点。虽然近年来关于渔港建 设的一系列议案工程已经使大多数渔港条件得到明显改善，但是依然存在很多问题，与现代渔港经济区 的要求差距很大。通过“五渔”具体的发展现状，总结了传统渔业、渔村、渔民、渔区、渔港存在的问 题，并提出对策建议。通过渔港经济区的规划与建设，指导具体建设工作，实现渔港升级、渔业转型、 渔政科学、党建引领、渔村振兴、渔镇小康、渔民幸福。 关键词 “五渔”;渔港经济区;对策 中图分类号 S-9 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517-6 611（2019）24-0213-04 doi：10.3969/j.iss n.0517-6611.2019.24.064 Promoting the Construction of China’s Fishery Port and Eco nomic Zone with the Joint Action of Five Fish eries NAN Ming-yang （Economics and Ma nagement School，Zhejiang Ocean University，Zho ushan， Zhejiang 316000） Abstract The construction of the mode rn fishing port economic zone is the starting point to realize the goal of building a powe rful marine economy.Although in recent years a series of motion projects on the constructi on of fishing ports have resulted in a marked improvement in the conditions of most fishin g ports，there are many problems，far from the requirements of the modern fishing port econo mic zone.The paper summarized the existing pr oblems of traditional fisheries，fishing villa ges，fishermen，fishing areas and fishing ports ，and put forward some countermeasures and sug gestions based on the specific development st atus of “five fishing”.By the planning and co nstruction of the fishing port economic zone， guiding the specific construction work，to ach ieve the upgrading of fishing ports，fisheries transformation，fisheries science，party build ing leading，the revitalization of fishing vil lages，fishing town well-off，fishermen happine ss.
