36 World Latest Medicine Information (Electronic Version) 2019 Vo1.19 No.86 ·论著· 中药穴位贴敷联合西医常规治疗慢性心衰的Meta 分析 邢若丹 （湖北中医药大学，湖北 武汉） 摘要：目的通过Meta 分析系统评价中药穴位贴敷联合西医常规治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法 计算机检索PubMed 、CNKI、万方、VIP 及 CBM 数据库，截止至2019 年8 月。根据Cochrane 系统评价员手册对文献进行质量评价，使用RevMan5.3 对研究进行Meta 分析，共纳入17 项随机对照实验（RCT）。 治疗组在总有效率（RR=1.21 ，95%CI(1.151.28) ， 0.01）、改善左室射血分数（MD=4.50 ，95%CI(2.45 ，6.56) ， 结果 P 0.01）、降低BNP 含量（MD=-125.71 ，95%CI(-211.15 ，-40.27) ， 0.01）、增加6 分钟步行距离（MD=42.22 ，95%CI(37.66 ，46.77) ， P P P0.01）方面均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论 中药穴位贴敷对于治疗慢性心衰有一定疗效。 关键词：穴位敷贴；慢性心衰；Meta 分析 中图分类号：R245.9　　　文献标识码：A　　　DOI: 10.19613/ki.1671-3141.2019.86.014 本文引用格式：邢若丹. 中药穴位贴敷联合西医常规治疗慢性心衰的Meta 分析[J]. 世界最新医学信息文摘,2019,19(86):36-38,48.
