论建设项目中工程造价控制与治理 摘 要：现如今我国提出经济新常态一词，致力于打造持续健康平稳的经济态势，面对这一新的经济进 展理念，项目建设中的造价控制与治理的地位尤显突出，它在项目建设中的各个领域都发挥着重要 作用。本文主要论述了造价控制与治理的现存 问题、探讨出现这些问题的原因并提出如何在经济新 常态下完善造价治理与控制。伴随着我国市场经济体制的不断完善和固定资产投资的增长，建筑行 业越来越受到重视，虽然受到全球经济危机的一些冲击，但建筑市场的进展态势依旧良好。在今年 提出的新经济常态下，加 和完善建筑全过程工程项目的造价控制与治理，对于企业的健康、持续 、高效进展有着至关重要的作用。 【关键词】建设项目；工程项目；造价控制与治理 Abstract Now our country put forward new economic norm, is committed to build a sustained, healthy and stable economic situation, in the face of this new concept of economic development, the status of construction project cost control and management is particularly prominent, its various fields in project construction plays an important role.
