PAGE PAGE 30 公司薪酬计划和公司成长性研究 摘要：本文通过研究2011-2014年深交所454家中小上市企业，研究其公司薪酬计划与公司成长性之间的关系。研究发现，高管薪酬与公司成长性之间存在显著的正相关关系，此外高管与普通员工的薪酬差距和公司成长性之间也存在此关系。然而，普通员工薪酬、高管团队内部薪酬差距及员工福利这三者与公司成长性之间不存在显著的相关关系。 关键词：高管薪酬普通员工薪酬薪酬差距员工福利公司成长性 The Research of Company Compensation Plan and Company Growth Abstract: This paper explores the relationship between the company compensation plan and the companys growth by studying the 454 listed SMEs in Shenzhen stock exchange from 2011 to 2014 . The study found that there is a significant positive correlation between executive compensation and corporate growth, in addition to
