藏族舞蹈的动律特征 摘 要 藏族的舞蹈属于我国传统的文化表现形式之一，它展现出肢体艺术的魅力 及浓郁的民族文化内容，以它特有的表演风格与肢体语言响应全世界，受到了广 大舞蹈爱好者的喜爱。在藏族舞蹈的学习过程中，动律的特征是主要学习的重难 点，舞者下肢的屈伸动作十分多样具有独特性，舞者对藏族舞蹈的动律特征的学 习把握程度直接关系到了舞蹈表演的效果成败。 本课题笔者通过对藏族舞蹈的动律特征进行深入的解析，探究藏族舞动动律 特征的表现以及学习方法，结合笔者自身的学习经验，希望能够为藏族舞蹈的学 习提供有效的建议与表演借鉴。 关键词：藏族舞蹈；民族舞；动律特征 I The Dynamic Characteristics of Tibetan dance Abstract Tibetan dance is one of the traditional forms of cultural expression in our country. It shows the charm of body art and the rich content of national culture. It has won the favor of dance lovers by responding to the world with its unique performance style and body language. In the learning process of Tibetan dance, the characteristics of dynamic rhythm are the main difficulties in learning. The flexure and extension movements of dancers lower limbs are very diverse and unique. The degree of dancers grasp of the dynamic rhythm characteristics of Tibetan dance is directly related to the success or failure of the dance performance. In this paper, the author makes an in-depth analysis of the dynamic and rhythmic characteristics of Tibetan dance, explores the performance and learning methods of the characteristics of Tibetan dancing and dynamic and rhythmic characteristics, and combines with the authors own learning experience, hoping to provide effective Suggestions and performance reference for the learning of Tibetan dance.
