内 容 摘 要 互联网技术的不断完善，使“互联网+”模式得到了快速推广。同样，人们消费观念的改变也对 共享经济的进步起到了推动作用，依托互联网等信息技术进展起来的新兴产业有力的证明白 共享经济时代的到来。滴滴打车软件的出现对传统汽车租赁行业产生了巨大的冲击。为更好 的研究共享经济下的滴滴打车这一新的经营模式，有必要对其进行分析和研究，以此来推动 共享经济圈的进一步进展，为实现市场经济 境下资源的有效配置奠定现实基础。本文以共 享经济视角下的滴滴打车模式为研究对象，运用文献分析法、SWOT分析法等对滴滴打车模 式进行分析研究，从中发觉共享经济视角下滴滴打车模式的优劣势以及进展中的机会和威胁 ，并在借鉴已有的研究成果上，提出对共享经济视角下滴滴打车模式的优化策略，为依托共享 经济进展起来的滴滴打车等新兴“互联网+”行业提供帮助，为更深层次的分析研究共享经济健 康进展提供参考。 关键词 ：共享经济 滴滴打车 模式 Abstract With the continuous improvement of Internet technology and the rapid development of Internet + mode, especially the change of peoples consumption concept, the effective impetus of the development of the sharing economy, relying on information technology, such as the Internet, has proved that the arrival of the era of shared economy is strong. In the sharing economy, the drop of taxi is not only completely changed the traditional car rental service mode, more importantly, the resources are fully utilized. It is necessary to analyse and study the new business model of the dropping drop taxis under the shared economy, and to provide help to promote the healthy development of the shared economic enterprises and to promote the full utilization of social resources. In this paper, taking a taxi model from the perspective of sharing economy as the research object, using the method of literature analysis, SWOT analysis, and so on to analyze and study the droplet taxi mode, find out the advantages and disadvantages of the dropping taxi mode from the view of sharing economy and the opportunity and threat in development.
