中小型企业实施共同配送的策略和方法 摘 要 共同配送是一种企业间为实现整体的配送合理化，相互提供便利配送服务的协作型物流 配送模式，从而达到互惠互利的目的。因为这种配方式具有一定的优势，可以降低企业的运输 成本，从而扩大企业的经济效益，进一步提升企业的综合实力和市场竞争力。我国因为还处于 进展中阶段，经济进展还没有达到一定的高度，还是处于社会主义初级阶段，所以这一配送方 式的普及度远远没有达到世界一些发达的国家。本文从共同配送的特征、优势、产生的效益、 开展共同配送的动机及外部条件等来阐述共同配送的理论，并在此基 上结合国内外环境和 中小型企业的特点，立足于共同配送的优势，证明白在我国中小企业推广共同配送的重要性。 接着提出了构建共同配送体系的一些具体步骤，最终结合理论知识和实际情况为几家中小企 业实施共同配送设计相关方案，并给出实施共同配送的一些策略。 关键词 中小型企业 ；共同配送；策略 Strategies and Methods of Implementing Joint Distribution in Small and Medium - sized Enterprises Abstract Joint distribution is a kind of cooperative logistics distribution mode between enterprises to realize the whole distribution rationalization and provide convenient delivery service to each other, so as to achieve the purpose of mutual benefit. Joint distribution is a more widely used in modern society, the impact of a larger way of distribution. The joint distribution of developed countries has a higher proportion, while China is only in the initial stage. This paper expounds the theory of common distribution from the characteristics, advantages, benefits, common motivation and external conditions of common distribution, and on the basis of the characteristics of domestic and foreign environment and small and medium-sized enterprises, based on the advantages of joint distribution, proved in Chinas small and medium enterprises to promote the importance of joint distribution. Then, some concrete steps of constructing the joint distribution system are put forward, and the strategy of implementing the joint distribution is given.
