摘 要 这个工程位于青岛市，是一个住宅楼。这个建筑总共有五层，2.8米为每层的层高， 本住宅楼的整体结构采用的是框架结构形式，基础采用独立基础，使用年限为50年， 结构安全的级别是2级，抗震的安全级别是4级，耐火的安全级别是2级，抗震设防烈 度为6度，此次建筑设计经济要合理一些，功能要适用一些，造型要美观一些，环境要 相宜一些，要根据现有的规范以及标准开展设计。毕业设计的时间较短，本次毕业设计 仅需完成该工程主体建筑——青岛松石雅居2#楼设计的建筑及结构设计部分施工图， 侧重于结构计算，包括二类场地土6度近震的抗震设防，考虑结构的抗震设计还有风荷 载。在完成建筑平面图的基础上，还要完成立面的、剖面的、另外还有详图的设计完成 了设计。最后还要用PKPM计算梁的、柱的、板的以及基础的配筋。利用PKPM专业软件 进行了梁板柱的配筋以及基础的配筋计算。在计算的过程中还要计算梁的内力、柱的内 力，还要统计它们的组合，还要验算梁柱的承载力。 关键词：住宅楼，框架结构，结构计算 Abstract This project is located in Qingdao City, is a residential building.
