PAGE PAGE 36 居民出行选择与公共交通定价策略研究 摘要：近几年以来，我国的社会经济得到进一步发展，城市基础设施也不断完善，可供人们选择的出行方式也在不断增加，不过随之也出现了一系列的交通问题，特别是私家车、单位车等小汽车的快速增长，在很大程度上造成了城市道路利用率低下、交通拥堵严重、出行成本过高、环境污染、能源紧张等问题。另一方面我国城市用地规模不断增加，人均道路使用面积相较国际水平而言比较低下，道路交通规划，居民出行系统也不完善，通过大规模的交通基础建设来改善解决交通出行状况显然是不切实际的。只有通过了解居民出行选择的结构才能对症下药，适当的对居民的出行选择进行引导，进而为缓解城市交通压力，改善城市环境，提高城市交通运行效益提供必要的参考依据。所以本文通过研究影响杭州市居民出行选择的因素，并进行相关比较分析，进而为制定城市交通优化策略提供相关参考依据。 另一方面，城市公共交通的发展对于缓解城市交通压力，改善居民出行需求、贯彻可持续发展，提倡绿色出行有着重要的意义。如何在保障公共交通企业的合理利益的同时正确的制定与城市居民出行相符相合的价格，在很大程度上将会影戏居民出行是否优先选择公共交通，以及公共交通的可持续发展。所以本文通过分析影响城市公共交通定价的影响因素，并以杭州市公交车为例，简单分析了应该如何制定其合理价格。 关键词：出行选择公共交通定价策略杭州 Residents travel choice and public transport Pricing Strategy Abstract: Over the past few years, Chinas social economy has been further development, urban infrastructure has been improved, for people to choose to travel is also increasing, but there followed a series of traffic problems, particularly private cars rapid growth, unit vehicles cars, in large part caused by low utilization of urban roads, traffic congestion is serious, high travel costs, environmental pollution, energy shortages and other problems.
