Result 1、the overall prevalence of thyroid disease in pregnancy group and control group was %（20/130）and %（ 7/110）,respectively(P ).in pregnancy group the prevalence of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism was %（7/130）and 10%（13/130）respectively （P ），in control group , the prevalence of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism was %（4/110）and %（3/110）respectively （P ），the prevalence of hypothyroidism in pregnancy group was significantly higher than that of control group(P ). 2、The level of FT3 FT4 TSH of women without thyroid disease in the two group: The level of FT4 in pregnancy group was significantly lower than that in control group,howere there no significant deviation of the level of FT3 and TSH between the two at the end of pregnancy, hypothyroidism accounts for most thyroid disease, its important to screen function of thyroid , pregnancy specific reference ranges of thyroid function is urgently to be identified. 【Key words】late trimester of pregnancy thyroid function 甲状腺疾病常发生于育龄妇女，妊娠过程中体内激素发生变化更易并发甲状腺疾病，甲状腺疾病尤其是甲状腺功能减退症不仅增加母婴围产期疾病的危险，还会对后代的智力发育产生不良影响[1]。本研究探讨妊娠晚期甲状腺功能变化特点，为妊娠妇女甲状腺疾病的诊疗提供理论依据。 1 对象与方法 研究对象 选择在我院产科门诊就诊的130例妊娠晚期妇女为妊娠组，年龄27±岁。选择在我院体检中心体检的110例非妊娠育龄妇女为正常对照组，年龄30±岁。所有对象既往均无甲状腺疾病、自身免疫性疾病等病史。 方法 标本采集为抽取研究对象静脉血3ml，应用电化学发光法，检测血中游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）及促甲状腺素（TSH）的值。试
