毕 业 论 文 课题名称 亚龙 YL-335F 型自动化生产线设计 系/专 业 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师： 2001 年 5 月 日 摘 要 随着科技的不断进展，现代化的自动生产设备越来越多的运用到工业生产中。因此，培养掌 握机 电一体化技术，掌握 PLC 技术及 PLC 网络技术的技术人才是当务之急。亚龙 YL-335F 型工 业电气自动化及网络实训装置是一台针对于培养机电一体化技术的人才的实训设备。亚龙 YL- 335F 型工业电气自动化及网络实训装置综合应用了多种技术知识，如气动操纵技术、机械技术 （机械传动、机械连接等）、 感器应用技术、PLC 操纵和组网、变频器技术等工业中常用的多种技 术。 本文主要阐述了亚龙 YL-335F 型工业电气自动化及网络实训装置基本的组成结构和功能。 亚龙 YL-335F 型工业电气自动化及网络实训装置在铝合金导轨式实训台上安装供料、洗瓶、灌 装、加盖、分拣等工作单元，构成一个典型的啤酒自动灌装生产线的机械平台，系统各机构采纳了 气动驱动、变频器驱动和步进操纵。在操纵方面，使用西门子 S7-300PLC、S7-200PLC 及各扩展模 块，通过 PROFIBUS DP 组态,使得各个 PLC 及各个模块之间相互通讯，实现各个独立单元的数据 通讯。另外，通过编码器对位置的操纵，各个单元能很好的实现本单元的功能。在该设备中，我们 还使用了人机界面面，通过触摸屏，操纵生产线的启动、停止等功能。 关键词 ：PROFIBUS DP 人机界面 感器应用技术 气动操纵技术 机械技术 Abstract With the continuous development of science and technology, modern automatic production equipment more and more applied to industrial production.
